A compelling investor process begins long before the first meeting. We help sharpen the investor story, develop realistic valuation expectations and professionally prepare the necessary materials – pitch deck, financial projections, teaser.

Through our established network, we open doors to relevant investors who are a good fit for the stage and sector of your company. We approach investors in a targeted manner – not with mass mailings, but with qualified, personal introductions.

Once concrete investor interest is secured, we support the negotiations and assist with the final structuring of the transaction – always with the objective of achieving fair and sustainable terms for both parties.

We represent companies that are growth-oriented, well-managed and ready to bring in external investors. Our focus is deliberately broad in terms of sector and size – what matters is the quality of the business model and the ambition of the management team.

Our compensation typically consists of a retainer fee and a success-based commission upon closing. In certain cases, a partially equity-based compensation structure is also possible.
